The knives look very nice and the handles feel good in the hand. They are comfortable to use and ergonomically well designed. However, the quality of the steel is not exceptional. They are not very sharp out of the box and you will likely need to sharpen them yourself. That said, the steel is slightly better than what you would typically find in a local marketplace, though not by a large margin. For the price, especially since these were purchased at a discounted rate and you receive six knives, there is little to complain about. They offer fair value for money. If you are used to higher quality knives, particularly Japanese knives with very sharp, high grade stainless steel, these will not compare. The difference is noticeable. Overall, these are decent looking, functional knives at an affordable price. Just do not expect Japanese level sharpness or steel quality, and you will not be disappointed.
