Plastic is tacky and mode light doesn't work

The plastic feels like it's from a primary school project, not strong or durable. The buttons that are to indicate if the air speed is on one, two or three doesn't work and is permanently on two. In addition I charged it for over twelve hours no joke and it only showed red and never got full or at least it never showed me it was full. Except from that it had strong wind power even on mode 1 and lasts long enough. In addition the color is a lot duller than the pictures. 6/10
