It takes too long to dry anything . The highest temperature 70 degrees Celsius in reality is not hotter than 30 degrees Celsius . It's almost equivalent to sun drying .

The drying time should be reduced eg to dry unripe plaintain takes like 36hrs, it can be reduced to 12hrs. Thank you
