It’s a 3 star because of the battery life - battery life is poor, and you can’t use it while charging it. Also to get adequate and fine blend you need to use a lot of water and you have to shake blender sometimes for it to blend properly then after it’ll do its thing on its own. Apart from that it’s okay, I actually like it but battery life is disappointing.
