It does not give me clear coloured water sometimes...my water was only occasionally cloudy so now I'm nearly convinced that I get cloudy water exactly when cloudy water comes from the source and clear water when the water from the source is clear 4. There is no word of English on the pack...not okay for a product supplied in English speaking countries
