Mixed Feelings

The item is useful for the home but truth is it never brings water to a boil. Once the water is hot to a point, it trips off by itself and never comes up again. You have to switch off and then switch on again yet, it soon trip off. Doesn't ever boil water beyond a small glass perhaps
