Although the test for output voltage is ok. The appearance has been defaced by UV light. The item should be at least 2 to 3 years old. Looks salvaged and 2nd hand, It's not as white as it should be. The white side appears dark cream. Even my other panels i mounted on my roof last year look way new than this.
