Only issue with design is that the neck cannot be adjusted for people with longer necks. Allen key wasn't present in package. How do you expect online customers to assemble chair? Apart from this, it's a very good chair.

This product came with very poor packaging
The poor packaging caused the base to bend and had a crack on one of the legs. I was not pleased at all. Although it had spare set of bolts it came in very terrible packaging (pure water nylon). It was too hectic to unscrew and return besides there's no carton to return it with. (it came in a green sack). Though everything else checks fine but base structural integrity is compromised
