I will give this chair 97%

First off all the parts arrived well except a small minor part, even insignificant it broke. Secondly it didn't come with a guide but before it came I watched a video on YT on how to assemble it. Thirdly it didn't come with Allen Key had to buy one to fix it, Allen key 5 incase it helps. Other than that everything else is good I have been swiveling from left to right.
