It's not even been 3 months, it developed a crack on the base that holds the chair and allows it to recline, I'm not even upto a 100kg. I have to spend money looking for a new one

Good product but needs better product packaging
Good chair but I had to get someone who assembles similar chair to do it because it came without instruction manual and packed in a different product carton.
