The seat broke at the first sitting on it, I requested for return, but I was asked to carry the chair by myself to their store, meanwhile I paid for home delivery, but to return, they couldn't come and pick it, that's stressful...
The chair isn't as smooth as what's in the picture. The part I don't like most is the handle of the chair. These guys literally used nail and wood to hold that chair. It's not even proper wood or nail. The chair handle fell off barely 2 weeks of using the chair and it's not really reparable. Not a good buy especially for comfort. The brand do better
