Review
I like it, however, a screw is missing and there was no manual to assemble the chair. While I was able to get ideas online on how to go about it, I am not certain if I got it right because my right lower back hurt from it.

The chair is okay
The chair is okay with all tools and screews made available. However, the chair shakes from side to side. This is not due to incorrect or weak installation, but the quality of the Gas Lift Cylinder

yes it could be better
A good product, more spacious and beautiful design but the screw included were not complete as they should not expect the buyer to be looking for where to procure screws having oaid the chair and it's accessories in the first place, the instructional manual is handwritten and thus demeaning the integrity of the company.
