Could be better

The chair is not bad, but mine came with some screws missing. Also, the screws were hard to tighten as threading didn't feel smooth. Finally, there was no recline adjustment, only height adjustment. Not sure if I was the one who couldn't figure it out but I tinkered with it for quite a long time. No manual to serve as guide either. If all these were in place, it would be a great chair.
