I set up this rack shelf by myself so you don't necessarily need a man around to do it. It comes with a manual so just read it. The individual sticks may not seem so strong but when you set it up, it stands properly and holds stuff. It's a great buy, I assure you. I'm definitely buying one more for my partner.
