I would have given it a 5-star but like other reviewers have mentioned, the spaces between the layers are only 6-inches in height (I measured). It cannot accommodate most covered shoes 4-inches heels and above. It'll be perfect for heeled sandals and slippers however. Also, the wood colour is different from what is pictured so it's obvious it's not exactly the same product you are getting.
