Mixed feelings

The chair came with copied and handwritten instructions which seems unprofessional to me. One of the screws to mount the backrest of the seat is not going because the receiving nut is turning with the screw. The foam of the main seat is too thin and soft and when sitting on it you touch the plastic mould, which after a while makes sitting uncomfortable. The backrest seems ok.
