I expected to get already assembled steel file cabinet that looks like the photograph of the one I ordered for but the file cabinet was delivered in a pack containing the bits and pieces of the file cabinet. The product manual contains pictures only and the pictures do not give a clear guide on how to assemble the bits and pieces. I am not a technician and I have never assembled a steel file cabinet before. All steel file cabinets that I had before now were delivered to me already assembled. I had to go online to find out how to assemble the parts before I was able to fix it. I will appreciate, if the manufacturers assembled the steel file cabinets before shipment or in the alternative, customers should be notified that installation would be handled by them. In conclusion, I am impressed by the services of Jumia.
