I’ve been using this for over a week, the only issue I had was the set up, I spent 2 hrs setting it, you most likely need help if you cannot follow instructions. I used both the instruction manual and a YouTube video. For easy search, type wardrobe GY - 130, it’s written on the carton. You’re welcome btw.
