Outputs 1080p, though all I could get was 1080i. Definitely not 4k. Internal circuitry is not solidly mounted; wobbles slightly on (dis)connection of HDMI plugs. Other than these, I ran a 5m input cable with a 15m output cable with no signal degradation.
