There's a lot to improve in this product I ordered for this product not up to a month but right now the panel is damaged and I took it for where it can be fixed he told me that I need to buy in a new panel for 6,000 and this product how much did I buy it so I'll I will encourage that you you improve on this product will go I don't think this product is a reliable because I am just regretting buying this product and I will not recommend anybody to buy this kind of product from you again

bad battary health and slow useage
am extremely disappointed with this power bank. Unfortunately, the battery health is clearly very poor, and the charging speed is unacceptably slow. Even after a full charge, it struggles to power my phone properly, making it very difficult and frustrating to use. I purchased this product expecting reliable performance, but it has failed to meet even basic expectations. I respectfully hope the seller or manufacturer addresses these issues, as this product does not deliver the quality it claims. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend it.
