A bad piece

I can't explain what I got. I collected and tried to charge it for some hours before using it. It wouldn't charge after more than four hours it was still charging. I decided to use it to charge my phone ???? and it will go off immediately. I have tried it for several days and I discovered it is same issue ????????????. I honestly don't what's the issue.
