Possible Resealing of product

I got the headset and the right earphone was sounding a bit wobbly like the product had been through a repair store. I made a research and figured that the product was supposed to come with a users’ guide but mine didn’t come with any - even though it came sealed. This can only mean that the product had been unsealed and resealed. Now
