Charge it full and don't press your phone while charging. It charged my phone to 100 and just 25% dropped. Use a good cable. The built-in cables are not very fast.

The mah isn't 20000. I don't even think it's up to 5,000 mah. It can't charge my battery to 100% before it dies off. Absolute waste of money.

The power bank is not up to 2000mah. It only charges my 6000mah phone battery once and it dies off. Only 100% indicator is strong, 75%,50% and 25% is not strong at all. I'm quiet disappointed. But it charges my phone very fast though and the design is ok just that it can't charge my phone atleast 2 times.
