Bad product

I think something might be wrong with this type oraimo smartwatch cord. Just like the one that came with the watch, it just stop working no issue no problem.. just like that I have place a 2nd order for the cord.. I hope it works else it’s to throw the watch with all its charges away and count my losses ????
