Charging problem and language issue

I just got mine today and it’s taking a long hours to charge and it’s not even on English language I have been charging it for the past three hours and it’s not yet even on 1 percent yet I’m thinking of returning it

Not impressed

Once i connect it with my phone i listen to music well on it but i can't use it to make or receive call and the caller on the other end won't hear me. Also when watch a movie on YouTube or on the video player of my phone the audio doesn't match the video there's always a lag in between!. I'm not impressed at all

Battery lifespan is false and should be worked on

The product wasn't as expected doesn't charge well , battery easily drained Other issues which makes me conclude that it is fake

But if not well taken care of, the case will break,it's not magnetic clip case. But it's loud and has game mode and music mode, and be converted to English language over time with many more features . Very nice for call of duty and other gaming
