I was scammed by vendor DC collections

I ordered and paid for a 5m DC cable but the vendor supplied 2m cable length. This is more annoying because there were 3 length options displayed: 2m, 5m and 10m, each with its own price. I want to return it but I'm being made to look for a Jumia centre and do so. I don't have that time and it's not worth the hassle. If Jumia will intervene, they should refund the excess money paid for the cord. And check your vendors to prevent such scam from happening to other people. For now, avoid DC collections.
