Poor quality. No form for the mouth piece so making it hard to the feel when in contact with the mouth when close. Also the 2 plug in are not useable across products like phones because of the size

I don't like it
The volume is SO TERRIBLE LOW. You literally still struggle despite increasing all sound on device and the headset. Don't even get me started with the "Noise cancellation feature", IT DOESN'T WORK AT ALL. Just a waste of my money.
