Waste of my money and time.
It had a short-circuit. Meaning the live and neutral in the cable were in contact somewhere. It will destroy your powerbank and devices if they don't have short-circuit protection.

I used a multimeter to test the output, and it was 5v instead of 12v. I won't recommend anybody to buy this as it doesn't work for it's purpose can't power anything. Returning it.
