I don’t like it all. I had a bad experience

I received the wireless headphones already turned on in the box, which was strange. It doesn’t charge at all, and when I try turning it on, it powers off within two minutes. I’ve tried different chargers and sockets just to be sure, but nothing works. Honestly, I’m really disappointed. I expected better. I either received a used or completely faulty item. Please be careful before ordering — this was a letdown.
