I think Jumia is beginning to move mad
I purchased this item and one of other headphone, but the other one is not working so I returned the other one and I was asked to bring both before the return can be accepted, now they're telling it has been rejected and they refuse to give me my headphone. They accepted the refund of the faulty one and rejected this but they refuse to give me this back.
