Size is misleading
I bought this as 21 inches only to receive 18 inches in the parcel with broken ring case. Every effort to contact the seller was not productive. Watch out for the misleading sizes. Product seems OK but may not last long with frequent use. The plastic is soft and may not endure the sun for too long
