1. The sound is really low, I had to use the entire volume button on my phone to hear it 2. The bandwidth frequency is really low, I can't even listen from another room if my phone is in sitting room 3. There's no rubber at the entrance to the ear, makes it painful after sometime 4. When I compared it with what my wife bought from aboki outside, it's really waste of money
