It's working very fine. If you bought it there is on and off Botton at the back. If it is switched off check the back of the tablet and on it, otherwise If you press the erase Botton at the front it will not work. So make sure you on it at the back of the tablet before you start using it . I like it and am enjoying it, thank God I bought two.
