It does not show battery percentage on the phone when playing via Bluetooth. I don't know if it's a general glitch or peculiar to my speaker. It is a hybrid of mono and stereo. Though the sound seems to come from two channels, the tone is still mono. I have seen other speakers with the same design with stereo tone. Other than these, it is a good speaker.
