Does not lag at all... First it was a bit difficult to use since I was already accustomed to the conventional mouse but with time I can boldly say this is the BEST. No more wrist pain from extensive usage.

It's a good product, the only issue is the mouse wheel which causes discomfort after using it for a while. I have to alternate between two fingers to reduce discomfort.
