Firstly, if anyone complains about this speaker, it is either that person doesn't know how to operate it or doesn't know what he bought. Everything functions well, build quality is top-notch, the speaker is pristine, crystal clear, cool, soft and natural sound. Bass is good and volume is good. Radio reception is excellent. If you want to pick more station plug in the charger cable, it also acts like an antenna. I listen to radio a lot so I have many of these speakers. If you have problem setting up the device, you can watch YouTube videos online. This one is probably the best price/quality wise. I sure will be buying one more to keep. I excellently recommend.
