The cooler is working fine but can’t really cool your phone to a good degree… it works but it still needs more power or should I say, if your phone operates on a different scale, I’d say you should get the more expensive one and the thumb gloves are so much better..: I love using it to play my favorite mobile game

It could be better. The gloves, after a while begin to wear out and sometimes, too dry that it may not be recognized by touch screen. The cooler is not really that powerful, honestly I'll suggest you go for a stronger and more expensive one as it only cools the phone down by about 1°C - 3°C at most. It's a nice product overall.
