I don't like it!

This device is an absolute failure. From the moment I tried to use it, it kept throwing the same useless message, “there is a problem with this device, scan and fix.” I scanned it repeatedly, and nothing was ever fixed. Transfers are unreliable and usually stop halfway through, only to end with yet another error code. What makes this worse is that the device never clearly acknowledged a valid fault in time, so I couldn’t even justify a return before the 7-day window expired. I’m left with a completely unreliable product and no recourse. This was a total waste of money, and I deeply regret buying it.
