it is a very good product at first, it doesnt fall from the ear which is good because i exercise alot, i am giving it a poor rating because the charging case stopped working and the device is now useless to me, i am guessing it because it warns not to charge it with a high voltage charger which i think i did at some point, i will be getting another one tho.
