Stand folds too easily

The stands fold down too easily, as soon as I put my hands on the laptop, it folds down. I have tried tightening the joints, still not better. However the stand material quality is really top notch, the 360 rotation works perfect. I just haven't figured out a way to actually get the joints tightened.
