I don't like it

It has stopped working. First, it began with getting hot while charging. Second, it's not connecting with the phone mostly whatsapp and lastly, it's neither charge nor work. What do I do? I received it on the 10th of this month June 2020 with 5k+. I didn't use it for 3 weeks. Now I can't use it again. This is so saddened. Please I need a replacement for the Bluetooth. @jumia should do something about it soonest please. I'm student. There is no money and I need to communicate with my family. I am writing patiently for another one from @jumia soon. Thanks in advance

I love it.

It is a very good product. It will tell you in English when it is either connected or disconnected and it will also be telling you battery low continuously at a particular time interval from when the battery power remains 15%. It is very clear and highly sensitive to the extent that you don't need to talk louder before the person you are talking to can hear you clearly. I recommend it to everyone that is interested in quality.
