Cant use Netflix or Showmax on it

The device keeps shutting me out of YouTube just few days into buying it, You can only log into Netflix but you can not move within the Netflix app to select movies you want, even when you switch the remote to mouse mode. Lastly, the device does not support Showmax App. Honestly, this is a total waste of money. I bought this device because of the good reviews I saw, so I wonder if I was given a faulty device or the other reviews are just fake reviews.

I would have given it 5stars buh I see some lapses. I can't delete downloaded files. Also streaming moviebox online it doesn't show the full page. Netflix and prime video here seems different.. My major concern here is how do I delete downloaded files. Can someone help
