Exactly how it looks. I may say that it even looks better with the matte texture on the top facing side of the mouse. It's very responsive. It uses a single AA battery which in my opinion is better, that issue of forgetting to charge your mouse isn't here. If it dies, just pop in a new battery instead of having to switch to another mouse while it charges. This will just boil down to preference It also turns off automatically after some moments of inactivity. Honestly for the price, I'm totally satisfied.
