I initially didn't like it as I did not get the hang of it. I use a Mac, so the Windows-based software did not execute as my system did not recognise the device. Until I turned the other side and saw that it had the details of the wifi network, which I immediately logged into and voila! It's a very sweet and portable device, with amazing speeds for streaming and other internet activities. It works in any USB port - laptops, desktops, phone chargers, car chargers,etc...I equally have intention to add a low-budget power bank to it, to enable it be a truly portable modem/mifi...Very delighted with it.
