The package doesn't come with any leaflet for any instructions whatever, so figuring out how to use it is up to you. The transmission distance listed is 10m but it sure isn't up to 1m and it glitches even if you put your phone in your back pocket. I hate that However, the sound quality is good and I like the necklace feature
