I ordered for Xiaomi redmi note 9 glass protector, unfortunately, a different one was sent to me which was also a bit bigger than my phone. Unknown to me I gave it out for fixing and that was when we realised it's not exactly what I booked for. I applied for a return, unfortunately it was not accepted on the ground that it has been opened and placed on my phone. It was useless, I removed and threw away. Wasted my hard earned money. I was disappointed even though it was the first time Jumia failed me. Thank you.
