My experience with the product is personal.The product is light weight and portable,I like that about it.I hate that it isn’t durable, The left ear bud stopped working 2hours after it was delivered to me. The battery runs down fast,Sometimes it stops charging even when the blue light charge indicator shows three dots and I have to manipulate it for it to keep charging.
