The battery voltage is definitely not 48v as claimed, but 21v - as measured by my voltmeter. lithium-ion cell is 4.2v and 4.2v x 5 equals 21v. so I will rate it 3 stars because the advertised voltage is different from the measured voltage. However, the device does the job.
