Solar Powered Dual Lens Camera

Thank God for YouTube installation videos. The included instructions are not so straight forward. I bought three devices. Two are working fine. One however doesn’t charge properly as by the morning the device is off and would only come back on when there’s much light (sunny) in the sky. There’s no way of accessing information from the device when it is off. I don’t know what you can do to rectify all of these issues. This means that it is a malfunction from the source (battery or solar panel issue). The app for the device doesn’t support multiple logging in. I installed on different mobile devices and it keeps logging us out, especially if one person has already logged in first. Why does it only support sim belonging to the product? That is unacceptable. It should work like a mobile phone being able to detect whatever network sim that is installed so that one can know if there’s a network issue such as data depleted. It keeps shoving cloud storage service in your view when you are clearly already using SD recording. The two without issues are working fine. The downside is having to uninstall from the pole to remove the sim or SD card if a problem occurs. One should be able to troubleshoot clearly on the app. The type of SIM card should not only be from the product company. That is clearly a limitation and an inconvenience. It would be a great product if the app is more efficient and not restrictive.
