It was previously used by someone else
They sold me a used sex toy. There was no seal on the box. The device itself was manually repacked inside a drug envelope and smells like someone washed it with a chemical after using it. It's unfortunate to sell a second-hand intimate device. There's a reason why Jumia doesn't offer returns and refunds for them. It is irresponsible to pass one around that isn't brand new!
